A little about me

Dedicated to the family business for over fifteen years, Anthony is a Director of Bergelin Property along with his siblings Laura and Harry. He is armed with extensive experience in all facets of the business and oversees its operation as a whole. Specifically, he has a fine tuned knowledge of property management and the flourishing Manly rental market.

A licensed real estate agent, Anthony has built the foundations of his real estate career by providing an unwavering commitment and exceptionally high levels of service, and in turn earning a reputation within the Manly area as a businessman of great integrity.

A true ‘people person’, Anthony loves meeting new clients and people through his work and is an active member in the local community. Carrying on the family tradition of playing for Manly Rugby from juniors to senior grade, his continued involvement and commitment to the club saw him appointed as president from 2017 to 2019.

Bergelin Property was established in 1983 by the late Bernie Bergelin, and Anthony is proud to be continuing the legacy. In doing so, he has been largely responsible for creating and managing what is arguably one of the area’s largest and finest property management portfolios in the area.

For over five years I rented a residential property through Bergelin Estate Agents in Manly. They were always very friendly, easy to communicate with and helpful. It was nice to deal with a family-owned business who cares about their clients. When I moved out of the property it was also discovered (by Anthony Bergelin) that I had overpaid my rent by a considerable amount. I was notified quickly and a prompt refund followed. I doubt that I would have noticed this discrepancy myself so Anthony’s honesty was very much appreciated.
